Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities to support the growth of MARE Properties’ real estate operations. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, includes sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiter will draft and post job descriptions, maintain an organized applicant tracking process, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. The role also involves collaborating closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, building talent pipelines for key positions, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports. Qualifications • Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience managing full recruitment cycles. • Ability to write clear job descriptions, evaluate resumes, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple open roles and deadlines. • Experience in real estate or professional services environments is preferred, especially within the Dubai or GCC market. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Fluency in English; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are an advantage. • Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
