Role Description We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong experience in B2B sales and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic relationships, managing the entire sales cycle, and helping entrepreneurs and companies establish and grow their presence in the UAE. Experience in UAE corporate services, company formation, free zones, or business setup is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and lead generation activities. • Advise entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international companies on establishing their businesses in the UAE and recommend the most suitable licensing and business setup solutions. • Understand clients' business objectives and present tailored solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry and consultation through proposal preparation, negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding. • Prepare and present customised commercial proposals and licensing packages based on clients' business activities and requirements. • Build long-term client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and encourage future growth and expansion. • Work closely with the Licensing, Client Relations, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client records using the company's CRM system. • Stay up to date with UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and market developments. • Attend conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to promote the company's services and attract new business opportunities. What We're Looking For • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales, preferably in the UAE. • Experience in UAE free zones, company formation, corporate services, or government-related services is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and a genuine interest in helping businesses establish and grow their presence in the UAE. • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. • A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Fluency in English is required.
