Role: HR Administrator Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 per month Contract Duration: 3 Months Only (Starting 1st August) We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR benefits administration, particularly employee medical insurance, and possess strong Excel skills. ⚠️ Important: This opportunity is only for candidates who have their own valid UAE visa. Company sponsorship is not available for this position. Key Responsibilities Manage employee medical insurance, including enrollments, additions, deletions, renewals, and policy updates. Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure timely processing of requests. Assist employees with medical insurance queries, claims, and coverage information. Maintain accurate employee benefits and insurance records. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations related to employee benefits. Prepare reports on insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims using Microsoft Excel. Support other HR administration and benefits-related activities as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR benefits administration with hands-on medical insurance experience. Experience working with insurance providers, brokers, and TPAs. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory). Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
