JOB PURPOSE: Provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and supply chain support to the EGME Sales team. The role primary involves managing vehicle inventory movement from shipment arrivals to customer delivery, coordinating invoicing workflows, execution of registration parameters, and bridging communication gaps between logistics networks and the After Sales Service team to ensure rapid vehicle turnaround. Key Accountabilities • Vehicles Orders Creation & VSB Creation: Generate and accurately manage Vehicle Sales Orders (VSB) within Autoline. Ensure every vehicle profile precisely matches technical specifications, distribution allocations, and tracking statuses. • Stock Management & Control: Maintain complete oversight of localized and regional automotive stock holdings. Execute regular cycle counts, manage yard storage logistics, audit asset conditions, and ensure the inventory tracking database updates in real-time. • After sales & Service Coordination: Act as the primary interface connecting sales output to workshop capacity. Coordinate vehicle preparation requests, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and targeted accessory attachments to maximize workshop performance timelines. • Vehicle Invoicing Processing: Generate the commercial invoicing cycle for approved retail and corporate vehicle sales. Verify financial margins, reconcile transaction terms against internal approvals, and coordinate with finance divisions for swift processing. • Vehicle Registration Operations: Manage localized vehicle registration procedures by coordinating directly with regional transport authorities (e.g., RTA/AUH Muroor). Compile necessary legal document packs, customs compliance certificates, and corporate ownership paper trails. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, maintain, and analyze localized data sets focusing on supply chain milestones, delivery lag times, and inventory levels. Deliver operational performance metrics directly to leadership teams to support tactical planning. Job Specific Information: • Coordinator Sales Support & Logistics will be closely working with internal departments, customer other external contacts to fulfil operational and administration related requirements of the business unit. Experience • Minimum 1 – 3 years of direct operational experience within an identical vehicle logistics or automotive sales support capacity. • Proven background processing vehicle customs clearances and transport authority frameworks. Technical Skills • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications, with elite proficiency managing data structures within Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot charts, conditional formulas). • Prior experience navigating AUTOLINE or dealer management ecosystems.
