Property Acquisition & Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes Company: Golden Key Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage L.L.C Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Goldenkey Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Acquisition & Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Holiday Homes portfolio in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring high-quality apartments and villas, developing strong relationships with property owners and investors, and securing new holiday homes management agreements. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire apartments and villas for the Holiday Homes portfolio • Meet property owners and present the company’s holiday homes management services • Generate new business through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and real estate professionals • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close property management agreements • Achieve monthly property acquisition and business development targets • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams for the smooth onboarding of new properties • Monitor Dubai’s holiday homes market and identify new business opportunities Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Holiday Homes, Real Estate, Property Management, or Business Development in the UAE • Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate and short-term rental market • Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and close agreements • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently • Good organizational and CRM management skills • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage • UAE driving licence is preferred What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Performance-based commission structure • Marketing and business development support • Career growth opportunities • Professional and supportive working environment • Opportunity to grow with an expanding Holiday Homes division Interested candidates are invited to apply directly through LinkedIn with an updated CV.
