Recruiter, 6-Month Contract

We are an international professional service firm offering expertise in the areas of Consulting / Advisory, Assurance and Tax. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join for a 6-month period to support during busy hiring season. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from briefing to offer • Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping • Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments • Manage requisitions in line with agreed SLAs and hiring priorities • Capability Focus: delivery ownership, assessment quality, and stakeholder communication Qualifications • At least three years of in-house recruitment experience • Demonstrated success filling junior–mid level roles • Experience with volume hiring • End-to-end recruitment delivery skills • Exposure to professional services or corporate hiring preferred • Skills Focus: problem solver, critical thinker Show more Show less
