Enterprise Account Manager / Business Development Manager 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE Join a leading UAE-based technology solutions provider specializing in data center infrastructure, critical power, cooling, and digital infrastructure solutions. The company partners with globally recognized technology brands to deliver innovative, reliable, and energy-efficient solutions for enterprise, telecom, government, and mission-critical environments across the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage a sales pipeline across Enterprise, Telecom, Government, EPC, and MEP accounts within the UAE. • Drive the sales of Data Center Infrastructure Solutions, including: • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) • Precision Cooling & Data Center Cooling • DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) • Server Racks & Rack PDUs • Busway Systems • VESDA Fire Detection • Raised Flooring • Containment Solutions • Critical Power & Physical Infrastructure Solutions • Safety & Monitoring Solutions • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and renewals. • Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling. • Collaborate closely with the Presales team on solution design and with Draftsmen on technical layouts for customer proposals. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting. Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management. • Proven experience selling Data Center Infrastructure, Colocation, Managed Services, Critical Power, Precision Cooling, DCIM, VESDA, or Physical Infrastructure Solutions. • Strong network and customer relationships within the UAE Enterprise, Telecom, Government, EPC, or MEP sectors. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • UAE driving license is preferred.
