Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and nurture leads, conduct property viewings, and manage client relationships from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities, and preparing and reviewing contracts and relevant documentation. The role involves coordinating with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai and GCC real estate markets, and using digital tools and media to market listings. The Real Estate Agent will also be expected to meet sales targets while upholding Quadspire’s values of integrity and transparency. Qualifications • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in property sales, leasing, and investment advisory, with the ability to analyze market trends. • Comfort with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online listing platforms for lead generation and promotion. • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, properties, and transactions simultaneously. • Previous experience in real estate in Dubai or the GCC region is highly beneficial. • Knowledge of local real estate regulations, contract processes, and documentation requirements. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage. • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai and the wider UAE for client meetings and viewings. • Relevant real estate certification or broker licensing (or eligibility to obtain) preferred.
