Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full cycle of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing market analyses, advising clients on pricing and investment options, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with local regulations, and timely closing of transactions. The Real Estate Agent is also expected to build and maintain a strong network, stay current on market trends, and represent Propio Realtors® professionally in all client interactions. Qualifications • Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage, preferably within the Dubai market. • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. • Ability to conduct property valuations, market research, and comparative market analyses. • Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and standard transactional processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Comfort with using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai for property viewings and client meetings. • Relevant certification or license to practice real estate in Dubai, or eligibility and willingness to obtain it.
