Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role at Infinity Homes Properties is based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full property lifecycle, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and supporting buyers, sellers, and tenants with informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, maintaining an active property portfolio, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves handling offers and negotiations, preparing standard documentation, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver professional customer service, build long-term client relationships, and represent Infinity Homes Properties in a reliable and ethical manner. Qualifications • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and practical knowledge of Real Estate practices in Abu Dhabi. • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. • Candidates should possess an understanding of Real Property concepts, local market trends, and relevant regulations. • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Candidates should possess proficiency in basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, property listing platforms, and office software). • Candidates should possess prior experience in real estate or a related field; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or real estate is beneficial.
