Role Overview DAMAC Group is looking for an experienced Manager – HR Business Partner (newly created role) to support its Projects business, partnering with senior leaders across a workforce of approximately 700 employees. The role will provide strategic and operational HR support across Project Management, MEP Design, MEP Execution, Contract Administration, and Compliance functions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders on all HR matters and drive people strategy. • Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. • Manage performance, employee relations, and change management initiatives. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies. • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver recruitment, learning, compensation, and talent initiatives. • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience. • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees). • UAE experience within property development, construction, engineering, or project-based organizations is essential. • Experience supporting MEP Design, MEP Execution, Contract Administration, or Compliance teams is preferred. • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
