HR Business Partner Important Information (Please Read Before Applying) 📌 Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract through an outsourced service provider. 📌 Work Location: You will be deployed to work with a leading semi-government organization in the UAE. 📌 Language Requirement: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders by delivering strategic and operational HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR business partnering, workforce planning, employee relations, outsourced workforce management, and UAE Labour Law compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategy, Policies & Governance • Execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. • Implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), SLAs, and governance frameworks. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information. • Promote diversity, inclusion, ethical hiring practices, and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. HR Business Partnering • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units. • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational needs. • Advise managers on HR policies, employee lifecycle matters, and organizational changes. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. • Support workforce movements including promotions, transfers, restructures, and job changes while ensuring fairness and compliance. Workforce Planning • Execute approved workforce plans and monitor headcount movements. • Track vacancies, replacements, transfers, and organizational changes. • Support budgeting and workforce planning through accurate HR data and reporting. • Ensure HRIS data integrity and workforce planning accuracy. Outsourced Workforce Management • Manage all HR activities related to outsourced employees and service providers. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contract renewals, attendance, exits, and invoicing. • Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. • Review outsourced workforce reports and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding outsourced workforce matters. Employee Relations • Manage employee inquiries and HR service requests. • Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, investigations, and employee relations matters. • Resolve recruitment and onboarding escalations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies and UAE Labour Law. Emiratization • Drive Emiratization initiatives and monitor progress against workforce targets. • Prepare Emiratization reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Support engagement and retention initiatives for national talent. • Ensure compliance with nationalization requirements and relevant government initiatives. Reporting & Analytics • Prepare HR reports covering headcount, workforce utilization, employee movements, outsourced workforce, and Emiratization. • Maintain HR dashboards and ensure data accuracy. • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to management. Team Management • Define team KPIs and monitor performance. • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions. • Identify team training and resource requirements. Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholders. • Provide HR guidance to ensure consistent policy application. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve HR matters efficiently. Additional Responsibilities • Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
