ABRA Group
Company Description ABRA Group is a full-scope real estate development platform behind some of Dubai's most trusted off-plan projects. We guide developments across their full lifecycle, from land acquisition and project positioning through construction management, fundraising, and sale, distributed across a network of more than 30,000 brokers. Our current portfolio spans exclusive developments across Dubai Islands, Meydan, Jumeirah Garden City, JVC, and DLRC. We put our name behind every project we take on, which is why we take them on carefully: curated, transparent, and accountable from launch to handover. Role Description The Sales Manager role at ABRA Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, and one of only two openings on a select team of 9 to 10 Sales Managers representing ABRA Group's exclusive developments. Rather than managing a sales team, this role owns and grows ABRA Group's relationships with the thousands of partner agencies and brokers who sell our projects across Dubai. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and expanding agency relationships, promoting ABRA Group's exclusive off-plan projects, and supporting partner agencies with updates, marketing materials, and coordination. The role involves conducting project presentations and broker events, providing deal support, and collaborating closely with management and marketing teams to strengthen project visibility and partner engagement.
