Role Description: The Sales Executive will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity, driving business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and presenting service offerings tailored to client needs. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales, while collaborating closely with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate representation of services. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, maintain a pipeline using CRM tools, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and targets. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in sales or business development. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex service offerings in clear, client-friendly language. • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools. • Solid understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts or willingness to learn quickly, with an interest in regulatory and compliance-focused services.
