Job Responsibilities • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations. • Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain office records. • Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day office activities. • Create engaging content for social media platforms. • Confidently appear on camera for office updates, and promotional videos. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and create content. • Ensure the reception area and office environment are well maintained. Requirements • 1 - 2 years of experience in Reception, Administration, or Customer Service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong command of spoken and written English. • Confident, presentable, and comfortable being on camera. • Good organizational and multitasking skills. • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. • Dubai real estate experience is an added advantage.
