Qualifications • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role. • European speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
