Job Description • Generate and manage leads for secondary sales, leasing, and commercial properties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and leasing transactions. • Source new property listings and keep inventory updated. • Provide clients with market insights and investment advice. • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies. • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets. Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience in Secondary, Leasing, or Commercial. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. • RERA certification is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
