Role Description The Recruiter role at D-arc BUILD is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions, including event operations, sales, marketing, and support roles related to the exhibitions. Day-to-day tasks include drafting job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, update applicant tracking records, and support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and new-hire experience. Collaboration with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with event timelines is a core part of the role. Qualifications • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. • Experience in stakeholder management, including working closely with hiring managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align on role requirements and timelines. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and represent the organization professionally. • Prior experience in recruiting for events, exhibitions, or the construction, design, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment. • Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to support recruitment activities across different time zones when needed.
