Human Resources Specialist/Manager

Job Responsibilities • Execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to efficiently fulfill staffing demands of business departments. • Lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of mid-to-senior roles, core talents and international professionals. • Manage and expand recruitment channels, and build up talent pools. • Optimize recruitment processes to boost hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; cross-border recruitment experience is preferred. • Well-versed in the entire recruitment lifecycle, with outstanding talent sourcing and negotiation capabilities. • Prior experience in equipment manufacturing or new energy industries is a plus. • Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
