Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; cross-border recruitment experience is preferred. • Well-versed in the entire recruitment lifecycle, with outstanding talent sourcing and negotiation capabilities. • Prior experience in equipment manufacturing or new energy industries is a plus. • Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
