Position Summary We are seeking experienced Recruiters to support a large-scale hiring project for a leading luxury retail and hospitality group in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume and mass recruitment across luxury retail and hospitality operations, with a focus on frontline and operational roles across luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, hotels, resorts, restaurants, food & beverage, guest services, and premium customer experience. Experience supporting pre-opening recruitment projects and large-scale mobilisation campaigns is highly desirable. This is a 12 month renewable contract role. It is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a background in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, or premium customer-facing industries to gain exposure to a flagship luxury retail and hospitality organisation. High performers may be considered for future internal projects upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments such as luxury sales, client advisors, boutique management, visual merchandising, retail operations, front office, guest relations, concierge, food & beverage, culinary, housekeeping, spa and wellness, reservations, and customer experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers and retail and hospitality leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines. • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline. • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain a smooth candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure all candidates meet role-specific requirements and align with luxury brand standards, service expectations, and premium customer experience requirements. • Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and reports for ongoing recruitment activities. • Represent the brand professionally and positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions. Key Requirements Essential: • 1–2 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region. • Experience hiring for roles within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, five-star hotels, resorts, fine dining, premium food & beverage, lifestyle destinations, or other high-volume customer-facing environments. • Confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools. • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Desirable: • Experience supporting large-scale, mass hiring, mobilisation, or project-based recruitment campaigns. • Strong written and verbal English skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage. • Previous experience supporting new store, hotel, or venue pre-openings, including mass hiring and large-scale mobilisation across multiple operational departments.
