HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants is looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant with proven experience in selling Audit, Corporate Tax, VAT, Accounting, Advisory, and Compliance Services. If you have a strong network in the UAE and a track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business opportunities across Audit, Tax, VAT, Accounting, Advisory, and Compliance services. • Identify, engage, and convert prospective corporate clients into long-term business relationships. • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored service solutions. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. • Stay informed about UAE regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging business opportunities. Requirements • 4–8 years of business development experience, preferably with an audit, tax, advisory, accounting, or consulting firm. • Strong understanding of UAE Audit, Corporate Tax, VAT, Accounting, and Advisory services. • Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets. • Established network within the UAE corporate market is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of working independently. • UAE driving license is an added advantage.
