Food And Beverage Operations Manager 5-Star Luxury Hotel | Dubai, UAE We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Food And Beverage Operations Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations while managing the hotel's ballroom and event operations, ensuring seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, and VIP functions to the highest luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets. • Manage the ballroom and banquet operations, ensuring successful execution of events and functions. • Lead, coach, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Coordinate with Events, Culinary, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain luxury service standards, food safety, and operational efficiency. • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and inventory. • Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly. Candidate Profile • Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel. • Previous experience managing banquet or event operations is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
