We are looking to hire a Brand Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of brand standards across multiple luxury hospitality properties for our client based in Dubai—one of the largest hospitality organizations in the region. This is initially a 6-month contract and renewable based on performance. We are looking for a passionate Brand Operations Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences through operational excellence and consistent brand execution. You should have extensive experience in luxury hospitality, brand standards, hotel operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure brand consistency throughout the guest journey. Key responsibilities: • Drive the implementation and governance of brand standards across all properties to ensure consistency and operational excellence. • Partner with hotel operations and corporate teams to embed brand standards into day-to-day operations. • Conduct brand compliance reviews, operational audits, and property assessments, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Develop, maintain, and update brand operational guidelines, manuals, and standard operating procedures. • Support hotel openings, renovations, conversions, and brand enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards. • Monitor operational performance and guest feedback to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support brand training and capability-building programs. • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance brand consistency and elevate the luxury guest experience. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives. Knowledge, skills & experience: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 6–10 years' experience within luxury hospitality, with experience in Brand Operations, Hotel Operations, Quality Assurance, Guest Experience, or Brand Standards. • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service excellence. • Experience working across multiple hotel properties or regional operations is highly desirable. • Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining brand standards within a luxury hospitality environment. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hospitality quality or audit platforms is advantageous.
