The Talent Hub is partnering with a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai to recruit an experienced and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and operational excellence to join a hotel renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities • Support the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management of Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Communications. • Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service. • Ensure smooth arrival, departure, and in-house guest experiences while maintaining luxury brand standards. • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction. • Monitor daily operations, room availability, occupancy, and revenue opportunities in collaboration with the Reservations and Revenue teams. • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards. • Assist with colleague training, performance management, scheduling, and succession planning. • Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Prepare operational reports and support the achievement of departmental KPIs. Requirements • Previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or seasoned Duty / Guest Relations Manager experience within a luxury 5-star hotel. • Fluent German Speaking Skills is a must. • Strong understanding of Front Office operations and luxury guest service standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience using hotel property management systems (Opera Cloud or Opera PMS preferred). • Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue optimisation and guest satisfaction metrics. • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
