Executive Chef - 5 Star Hotel in Dubai, UAE

The Talent Hub is partnering with a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai to recruit an exceptional Executive Chef who is passionate about culinary excellence, innovation, and delivering world-class dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead multiple culinary operations within one of Dubai's renowned hotel environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership across all culinary operations, including restaurants, lounges, banquets and in-room dining. • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining the hotel's brand standards. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of chefs and kitchen colleagues to achieve exceptional performance. • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. • Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, labour costs, purchasing, and inventory to maximise profitability. • Maintain full compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and local health authority requirements. • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, and Events teams to create memorable guest experiences. • Drive continuous improvement through creativity, training, and operational excellence. Requirements • Previous experience as an Executive Chef within a 5-star hotel or internationally recognised hospitality brand. • Strong background managing multiple dining outlets and banquet operations. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing culinary teams. • Excellent financial acumen, including food cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and menu engineering. • Thorough understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • International culinary experience is highly desirable. • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred.
