Requirements • Fluent Arabic speaker or European nationality with excellent English communication skills. • 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management. • Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or corporate organizations preferred. • Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and executive correspondence skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • GCC experience preferred. Key Responsibilities • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments. • Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and prepare meeting minutes. • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence. • Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, and visa requirements. • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities. • Maintain confidential records and documentation. • Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership.
