Role Description We are hiring a Medical Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support a smooth, professional patient experience at our clinic. Requirements: • Previous experience in a medical facility required — clinic experience preferred over hospital (gynecology or aesthetic clinic experience a strong plus) • Experience handling insurance claims • Proficient with clinic/patient management software and Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint & excel) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills • Arabic language speaker - a plus Qualifications • Greet patients and manage front-desk operations • Book, confirm, and manage appointment scheduling • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries • Handle insurance claims, pre-approvals, and coordination with providers • Collect payments and manage patient billing accounts • Maintain and update patient records and files • Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage schedule delays • Order and maintain front-office and reception supplies Show more Show less
