Your new role As a Business Development / Sales Manager, you will take on a pivotal, high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving new business acquisition across the UAE. You will navigate the local market to identify opportunities, engage with C-level stakeholders, and position a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity services. This is a role for a hunter who thrives on autonomy, loves closing deals, and wants to play a direct part in the company’s regional growth. For the right performer, this position offers a clear, long-term pathway to progress into a Sales Director role. What you'll need to succeed • Local Market Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of proven Cyber Security BD / sales experience specifically within the UAE market, backed by a strong network of local corporate clients. • Cybersecurity Knowledge: A solid technical and commercial understanding of cybersecurity services, managed security, and Security Operations Center (SOC) frameworks. • Sales DNA: You are a highly motivated, confident, and self-driven sales professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding individual targets. • Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit, a heavy motivation to hit substantial performance targets, and the ambition to grow into a senior leadership position as the business scales.
