Job Title: Private Label Executive / Business Development Executive – Perfume Manufacturing Location: Dubai D/L : Preferred Nationality : Any About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Private Label Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our private label and contract manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the perfume and fragrance industry and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities for private label perfume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads and acquire customers for private label and contract manufacturing services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with perfume brands, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs. • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients. • Present the company's manufacturing capabilities and customized private label solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from inquiry to production . • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote the company's services. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or private label sales within a perfume manufacturing or contract manufacturing company. • Proven experience in generating leads and acquiring new customers for private label perfume manufacturing. • Strong understanding of the fragrance and perfume manufacturing industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Valid U A E driving license is preferred.
