The company is primarily into freight forwarding and Project Logistics and have partners across Globally . Have executed many milestone projects Globally especially in Africa and have the expertise in moving Humanitarian Cargoes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Coordinator at AZTEC SHIPPING LLC in Dubai. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer experiences, interacting with global logistics partners for quotes and communicating effectively with customers and also handling the front desk. Qualifications • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Should have worked with a Freight forwarding company for atleast 2-3 years. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Additional requirement Husband Visa will be preferred.
