About The Opportunity A dynamic logistics and supply chain firm operating across the Middle East, we specialize in seamless import-export coordination, customs brokerage, and end-to-end freight management for global B2B clients. Role & Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end freight movements across air, sea, and land modes—tracking shipments, securing documentation, and managing carrier communications. • Prepare and validate customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO) to ensure UAE regulatory compliance and minimize clearance delays. • Collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, and 3PL partners to schedule pickups, confirm delivery windows, and resolve shipment discrepancies in real-time. • Monitor shipment status via TMS or ERP platforms, alerting stakeholders to delays and implementing contingency plans to meet SLAs. • Manage logistics KPIs including on-time delivery rate, customs clearance time, and carrier performance scorecards. • Support cost optimization initiatives by comparing freight quotes, negotiating spot rates, and recommending carrier or route alternatives.
