• Position: Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie
• Requirements:
• - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations
• - Good knowledge and expertise in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items
• - Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• - Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
• - Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control
• - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• - Team player with a positive and professional attitude
