Requirements
- Requirements:
- - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery and pastry production
- - Strong knowledge and expertise in bakery and pastry preparation
- - Experience in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, doughs, and other bakery products
- - Good knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, production methods, and presentation
- - Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control
- - Ability to maintain consistent product quality and production standards
- - Good planning, organization, and teamwork skills
- - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen
