• Requirements:
• - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery and pastry production
• - Strong knowledge and expertise in bakery and pastry preparation
• - Experience in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, doughs, and other bakery products
• - Good knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, production methods, and presentation
• - Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control
• - Ability to maintain consistent product quality and production standards
• - Good planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen
