Construction Lead - Offshore

Construction Lead - Offshore Penspen is urgently looking to hire Construction Lead - Offshore is to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities - Lead and supervise offshore construction activities in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution. - Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. - Review construction procedures, method statements, work packs, and mechanical completion documentation. - Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions where required. - Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and offshore regulations. - Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities. - Prepare construction reports and provide regular progress updates to project management. Qualifications and Experience Required - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role. - Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems. - Familiarity with international standards - PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience will be preferred - Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 16341
