Lead Construction Engineer - Construction & Installation (Structure) Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Lead Construction Engineer - Construction & Installation (Structure) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. Qualification Required - The candidates should have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university. Responsibilities - Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and technically supporting the structural fabrication, construction, installation, modification and completion activities for offshore oil & gas facilities. - Ensures that structural works are executed safely, efficiently, within schedule and in accordance with approved engineering documents, specifications, codes, project procedures and Client/Operator requirements. - Acts as the principal structural construction interface between Engineering, Fabrication, Offshore Installation, HUP, Marine, Lifting, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Vendors, Subcontractors and Client representatives. - Lead structural construction engineering activities. - Provide technical direction to structural construction teams. - Coordinate structural work fronts with fabrication and offshore installation teams. - Ensure construction activities follow approved engineering documents. - Resolve field engineering and constructability issues. - Coordinate structural execution with other disciplines. - Support construction management in achieving project milestones. Experience Required - Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 to 8+ years significant in offshore project. - Proven experience in in structural construction/installation - Significant offshore structural installation experience. - Experience with offshore platforms, jackets, topsides or modules - Strong experience in structural fabrication and offshore installation - Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background. - Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage. #LI-AS1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/11/2026 Ref No 16427
