Senior Engineer Construction Structural

Senior Engineer Construction Structural Penspen is urgently looking to hire Senior Engineer Construction Structural is to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will supervise site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities within the fabrication yard. - Ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, HSE, and quality standards. - Monitor fabrication, assembly, and erection activities to meet project schedules. - Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues. - Review construction drawings, work packs, and method statements. - Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. - Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. - Support mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and project handover activities. Qualifications and Experience Required - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Minimum 15 + years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role. - Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory. - Experience with structural steel fabrication, assembly, and erection. - Familiarity with international standards - PMC,EPC and fabrication yard projects experience will be preferred - Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 16155
