Construction Superintendent (Structure)

Construction Superintendent (Structure) Penspen is hiring a Construction Superintendent(Structure) to support major onshore oil & gas construction projects. Main Purpose of Role To supervise and coordinate all offshore structural construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities - Supervise offshore structural construction activities, including steel structures, foundations, and concrete works. - Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe and timely project execution. - Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with HSE standards. - Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related technical issues. - Support construction planning, risk assessments, and work method statements. - Ensure proper completion, documentation, and handover of structural works. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Experience Required - 15–18+ years of total experience. - 3–5 years of offshore structural construction experience in the Oil & Gas industry. - PMC/EPC construction experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of structural steel, concrete structures, and offshore construction methodologies. - Familiarity with international structural codes and HSE standards. - Previous ADNOC Onshore experience is an advantage. #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 15707
