Bartender - Lagoon Bar

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa sea & spa We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Lagoon Bar and deliver refreshing drinks and memorable experiences in our resort setting. What you’ll be doing: • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks to the highest standards • Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, personalised service • Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of beverages • Recommend drinks and assist guests with beverage selections • Maintain excellent knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings • Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift • Follow responsible service, hygiene, and safety standards • Assist with stock control, replenishment, and daily bar preparation • Handle guest requests and feedback professionally • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy periods • Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests at the Lagoon Bar

What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages • Excellent guest-service and communication skills • Friendly, energetic, and confident personality • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor/resort environment • Strong attention to detail and professional grooming • Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
