Head Bartender / Mixologist

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa sea & spa We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills in English Professional grooming and presentation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
