About the role
Responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries and service requests, providing accurate information, and initiating outbound calls as required.
Requirements
University Graduate (preferably with some finance / banking or maths component). Bilingual. 1 - 3 years experience Very customer focused Computer literate Excellent communication skills Strong listening skills.
