What are we looking for? A Food & Drinks Supervisor serving Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should possess the following skills and characteristics: •    Previous Food and Drinks experience in a luxury environment. •    A commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service. •    Excellent communication skills. •    Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •    Excellent grooming standards. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities: •    Previous experience in a premium steakhouse or upscale, wine-focused food and drinks venue is an advantage. •    Solid knowledge of luxury and Forbes Five-Star service standards. •    Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field. •    At least one year of supervisory experience.
