L&D Executive

The Learning & Development Executive works closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, manage training records, and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs. The role contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Ability to analyze data and prepare training reports. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
