Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Learning & Development activities across the assigned hotels under the Human Resources Department. The role oversees training needs analysis, onboarding, mandatory training, employee development, training records, reporting, and Hilton learning platforms. Works closely with hotel leadership and department heads to ensure effective training delivery and support continuous learning and career development.

What It Takes to Make the Stay Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry. Experience managing L&D activities independently is preferred. Experience supporting multiple hotels or cluster operations is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with LMS / HR systems is preferred. Good command of English and Arabic . Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
