Guest Service Agent Front Desk- Arabic Speaking

As a Guest Services Agent Front Desk , you’re not just supporting guest services operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Previous experience in a hotel front desk, guest services, customer service, or a related hospitality role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages preferred. Flexible availability to work mornings and evenings shifts weekends and holidays as business needs require. Must be legally authorized to work in Kuwait in accordance with Kuwait Labor Law.
