What are we looking for?  An Assistant Executive Housekeeper serving Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: •    Current experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel.  •    Strong knowledge and practical experience of Forbes Five-Star standards.  •    Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, sanitation practices, cleaning chemicals, and health and safety regulations. •    Sound understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control principles.  •    Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate Team Members.  •    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.  •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with Team Members, suppliers, and contractors.  •    Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.  •    Good analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret operational reports and performance data. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: •    Previous experience within the luxury hospitality sector in the UAE.
