General Manager | Qatar

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished General Manager to lead one of our hotels in Qatar. We are looking for an exceptional hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury or upscale hotel operations and a proven ability to deliver outstanding commercial and guest experience results. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring business objectives are achieved. • Drive commercial performance across key market segments including corporate, government, and MICE. • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain the highest service standards. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. • Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and ownership representatives. • Develop a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, and service excellence. • Ensure compliance with all company, brand, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of hospitality leadership experience. • Previous General Manager experience within an internationally branded hotel. • Strong understanding of the Qatar market and luxury hospitality environment. • Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving financial targets. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
