Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leading UAE bank, is hiring several Senior Business Analysts across three change streams. Each role sits in Group Digital & Transformation, works closely with business owners and delivery squads, and is based in Dubai on-site with hybrid flexibility. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience across the following domains: • Payments & Transfers – Domestic and international payments, payment journeys and digital channels. • Lending & Loans – Digital lending, loan origination, credit journeys and process automation. • Cards – Credit/debit cards, card servicing, digital journeys and customer experience. • Data & AI – Data-driven transformation, analytics, AI use cases and intelligent automation. What we're looking for: ✅ Strong Business Analysis experience within Retail Banking. ✅ Proven delivery experience across digital banking transformation programmes. ✅ Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. ✅ Experience working closely with Product Owners, Technology, Engineering and UX teams. ✅ Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and end-to-end digital customer journeys. ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
