Technical Business analyst-Banking

Experience & Qualifications • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to technical/integration-driven projects. • Proven experience working in banking or financial services • Previous experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or digital banking programs preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and highly technical engineering teams. • End to End Independently translate it into process flows → business rules → user stories → API/data requirements → acceptance criteria → SIT/UAT support → production readiness.
