Senior Business Analyst- Payments & Banking

Position: Business Analyst – Banking & Payments 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Experience: 10+ Years (preferred) 🏦 Domain: Banking & Financial Services We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain, particularly in domestic and international payment systems and UAE payment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving payment transformation initiatives, system integrations, and digital banking solutions. Mandatory Skills & Experience • Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst within Banking and Financial Services. • In-depth understanding of domestic and international payment systems, particularly UAE payment infrastructure. • Good functional knowledge of Aani and other CBUAE-regulated payment systems. • Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022 standards, and MT-to-MX migration. • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, API orchestration, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. • Knowledge of customer onboarding processes and value-added banking services. • Strong understanding of end-to-end payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments. • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to effectively engage with both business and technical teams.
