Job Title: B2B Sales Manager – Corporate Services Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month + Uncapped Commission (OTE 2–3x Base Salary) About the Opportunity SELECTED is partnering with an established and growing corporate services business in Dubai to appoint an experienced B2B Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business revenue, developing strategic partnerships and managing a high-performing sales team within the UAE corporate services market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage and develop a team of B2B sales professionals to achieve revenue targets. - Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market. - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners and key decision-makers. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development through to negotiation and closing. - Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and conversion rates. - Work closely with senior leadership to identify new markets and commercial opportunities. - Ensure the team consistently delivers against individual and collective KPIs. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally within corporate services, business setup or a related professional services sector. - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. - Demonstrable experience leading and developing successful sales teams. - Established network of corporate clients and business relationships within the UAE. - Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach. - Previous experience operating within the UAE market is essential.
